Managing Director
Mark set up Bluefrog with one objective — to be the agency he would have wanted to employ. He is now confident he has achieved his goal. Mark also manages Bluefrog's planning function. Mark started out working at ActionAid and later became Head of Fundraising at YMCA England.
Head of Creative
Aline's always been interested in what makes people tick. Volunteering for Oxfam gave her a first taste of the charity sector and an appetite for more. At RNID she worked alongside some fantastic fundraisers before joining Bluefrog in 2000. Aline oversees all creative work and also makes an important contribution to planning.
Operations Director &
Head of Digital
John's combined responsibilities allow for the fullest integration of digital channels into our work, whilst also overseeing the management of agency wide operations. Past roles have included Digital Creative Services Director for EHS Brann and Head of Digital at Rapier. Awards for his previous work include Cannes cyber lions and DMA gold for integration.
Commercial Director
John joined Bluefrog in 2001 with a background in data driven customer acquisition and loyalty marketing. He heads up our data offering and is responsible for negotiating Bluefrog partnerships, client retainers and contracts. John previously worked at Draft Direct and Centaur Communications.
Finance Director
Paul has honed the perfect combination of finance and agency experience. Having worked at Publicis, WWAV and The Marketing Store, Paul joined Bluefrog in 2008. Here, his role as Finance Director has given him the chance to combine his interest in philanthropy with financial expertise.
