How do we work?

Everything we do is aimed at making your organisation special to the people who are special to you - your donors.

Most of our clients don't have a shop where people can experiences the smiles, the scents and the tastes that make you go back for more. We have to create that relationship in the mind - so that your letter, your e-mail or your advertisement is trusted and your charity is loved.

In most relationships, there are two critical times - when someone hands over their money and when they open the box to see if what they have bought works. This is as true for charities as it is for companies that make TVs.

Our goal is to make sure that the good feeling that goes with making a good decision - to give or to buy - is magnified. That the good causes that are supported, or bought from, earn a special place in people's hearts. Then we work to grow this into a lifelong relationship.

We don't chase each new fad or trademarked targeting system. We simply concentrate on making a lasting emotional connection between the charities we work for and the people who give to them or buy from them.
